Isn’t it a great feeling to be able to enjoy hiphop again? I twittered about this earlier this week: 2009 is going to be a good year for music and the creativity of music. There’s a lot of new and old artists coming out with projects that are beyond what you’re used to, people don’t worry about what MTV wants to see and hear and just put out great music. I’m talking about Idle Warship, Kid Cudi, The Kid Daytona (see video), LMFAO and RnB acts like Ryan Leslie and The-Dream. Remember when hiphop was all about diversity? It feels a little like those days are gonna be back. Or is it just me?
