Buster Blow heisst nicht nur die Party, auf der namhafte DJs aus dem ganzen Land eine Selection von gutem HipHop und RnB, neuen Musikstilen wie Baltimore und Funky House und Klassikern rechts und links vom Mainstream zum Besten geben. Buster Blow ist auch die Hauptfigur des Comics, der jedesmal zur Party gezeichnet und designed wird. An diesem Samstag, den 03. Juli, stehe ich gemeinsam mit den Residents Jay Dan und Tommy Montana an den Decks, was auf jeden Fall ein Grund für Euch ein sollte, dort vorbei zu schauen. Die Party ist im Crux, viel besser kann es ja nicht werden.[/lang_de][lang_en]Event announcement #2: This saturday will mark another visit to Munich for me, it’s been a while since my last show down there. Buster Blow is the name of a new monthly event by my man DJ Scream and his team who invite djs from all over the country to join them playing hiphop and rnb, new styles like Baltimore and funky house and classics from all across the board. In addition to that, Buster Blow is also the name of a cartoon character that gets a new episode for each party. I’ll tear down the house alongside the residents Jay Dan and Tommy Montana this saturday, July 3rd. The party is at the Crux club which everybody in the Munich area should absolutely familiar with. [lang_de]Diesen Freitag feiere ich mein Debüt im Frankfurter Walden. Ein relativ neuer und schicker Club in der Innenstadt in dem nicht nur regelmäßig coole Konzerte und Parties stattfinden sondern auch Mick Jagger sich seine Zeit vertreibt. Anlass meines Gastspiels ist der Geburtstag von meinem alten Schulfreund DJ Tabs, der als Einstimmung auf die Party auch folgendes schrieb:

“So, Freunde der Sonne! Bevor Ihr es woanders erfahrt, sage ichs Euch lieber selber: Ich hab am 06.06. Geburtstag. Klingt komisch, ist aber so. Ein Grund mehr, ein gemeinsames Get-Together zu starten. Daher habe ich für den 06.06. im Walden die You-FM Lounge angemietet, um mit Euch ein Feuerwerk der Freude zu zünden und derbe abzubouncen. Ihr seid ab 22 Uhr herzlichst willkommen, mit mir ein wenig dem Wein, Weib und Gesang zu fröhnen. Oder so. Mucke gibts natürlich nur derbe geile! Ich werd mich nicht allzulang mit dem Auflegen befassen (da habt Ihr nochmal Glück gehabt), denn DJ Kitsune ist extra an diesem Abend für Euch am Start, um die wildeste Seite aus Euch rauszuholen! [/lang_de][lang_en]I’m gonna be makeing my debut at Frankfurt’s Walden this friday. This is a quite new and stylish club in downtown Frankfurt that not only features nice little concerts and dope parties but has Mick Jagger wasting some time, money and health in there just as well. The reason for me playing there is the birthday of my old school buddy DJ Tabs, who sent ou the following message to get everybody in the mood:

Alright, friends of the sun. Before you’ll have somebody else telling you I’d rather give out the news myself: My birthday is on June 6th which should be reason enough to start this little get-together. I rented the youFM lounge at the Walden for this friday to celebrate good times and go crazy. Come through from 10 pm on for dope music, hot chicks and a lot of drinks. Yeah, I said dope music. I’m not gonna be spinning too much cause DJ Kitsune is gonna be there to party all night with you. And hell yeah, I’m looking forward to wild out with you guys. Relax a little cause June 6th might be very demanding for some of you…

Das ganze findet in der Sachsenhäuser Stereo Bar statt und dürfte jeden echten Frankfurter interessieren: Der Eintritt beträgt 10 Euro und dafür gibt es dann den ganzen Abend Stöffche umsonst. Nichtsdestotrotz: Am Samstag lege ich zum ersten Mal in Zwickau auf, Dresden und Chemnitz haben schon einen Haken hinter dem Ortsnamen, jetzt ist Zwickau dran, Sachsen wird Ort für Ort übernommen. Phlatline watch out! LOL. (Shout out an Ron, Shusta, Kenny, Fla, Jaleel & Maxx!!) Da ihr noch nichts besseres vorhaben könnt (ich weiss das einfach), kommt vorbei im Fun (Wo? Im FUN! [lang_de]Hier ist ein Schnappschuß meines ersten Samstag Abend im Wiesbadener Cubique der sehr angenehm verlaufen ist. Am Anfang schienen die Leute noch etwas steif (nicht falsch verstehen…), aber nach ein paar Drinks entwickelte sich der Abend zu einer netten Party mit ein paar coolen Old-School-Tunes, zu denen alle schwer gerockt haben. Neben mir auf dem Bild ist Ant Live, der aus Philly (ja, Philadelphia) zu Gast war.
